Anusha lives with her parents in Siliguri, India. Her father is currently unemployed and her mother works as a laborer in a tea garden. They are struggling financially and need help to send Anusha to school. An education is so important because it helps to break the cycle of poverty and give hope for a brighter future.

The International Needs project in Siliguri assists Nepali children living in India. The children receive assistance with schooling costs, books, equipment, uniforms, and medical care. They also receive Christian nurture and Bible teaching.
