Samin moved to the city with his parents and sister in search of better opportunities. The family lives in his aunt’s house in a slum called La Playa, on the outskirts of Barranquilla. His parents both work very hard doing odd jobs when they can find them. Samin is a loving child and he likes to study. He would love to continue his education but his parents do not earn enough to send him to school. Samin needs assistance so that he can continue his education.

La Rosa de Saron is an educational outreach to a displaced community suffering from poverty and persecution. Children at the school receive a quality education, school uniforms, and health care. They are lovingly taught the Word of God.
