Victor lives with his parents and his brother and sister in a poor rural community in the Philippines. His father is a fisherman and his mother is a homemaker, but their income is very low and they need help sending Victor to school. Victor's sister has a blood disease that needs constant care and it strains their resources as well.

An education is so important because it helps to break the cycle of poverty and give hope for a brighter future. Sponsorship provides children with an education, a school uniform and supplies, a warm meal, medical care, and they are lovingly taught the word of God at the International Needs school in the Philippines.
